I love Swatch watches!! This watch is one of my favorites! (and I've owned and worn many Swatches since the 80's) I took the strap off and replaced it with another Swatch clear strap and wear it everyday. I've owned several painted straps and they always peal. I wish Swatch would coat them. The moral to owning a Swatch is enjoy the face of the watch and the longevity of the watch; but always buy an extra strap. :-)

I loved this watch, it was actually the first Swatch I have owned in years. I use to wear atleast two at a time back in the day! This watch started to show stains after a couple months, that would not come out. Now the band has started to peal. Granted I have worn this watch everyday and I'm now looking for another style. I don't recall these watches had a painted finish, I thought they were all rubberdized bands.

I love this watch so much that I've worn it all but 4 days for the past 7 months. Since I've worn this watch to much, the strap is wearing out pretty bad. If you're not looking for a wear every single day watch, this is perfect! I love the day and date feature.
