I missed the double band and when I received the watch I had no idea what to do with it but cut it so I called customer service. The watch band -- even wrapped -- is too big and who would want that much plastic wrap anyway. Very nice color and feel to the band but I'm very disappointed with the design and fit and am sending it back.

Beautiful color, nice feel to the band. Never knew that the band would be double; didn't see it on the site and had to work at locating the information. The strap even double wrapped was too big and would have had to be cut and, besides, who wants to wear a double wrap of plastic? I'm sending it back. Swatch U.S. is sending me the return label. I'm disappointed because a straight-forward single band would make this watch in a few colors a joy to own. The website needs to feature this double band bit up front in the online image.
