I had this watch for 2+ years and wore it everyday. I loved it! Like one of the other reviewers, the band broke. I took it to the Swatch store and they could not repair it. So, I opted to buy a new watch in a different style. Love the new one also. I am disappointed that Swatch could not/did not fix the band. However, I still consider the watch a 'good deal'. I have had very expensive watches in the past, and my Swatches have always lasted longer. The battery is easy to replace.

I have this lovely watch and have gotten many compliments while I was wearing it. However after about 6 months of wear, the hinge holding the band to the watch broke off. I contacted customer service and Swatch will do nothing to replace it. I would think Swatch would be more customer friendly and their watches would be made to last longer. I cannot afford and choose not to support a company that makes a product that doesn't last this long.

I have been wearing swatch watches elementary school in the 80s! I got this watch in March of 2010, I have had to replace the battery but it is still a GREAT watch. I still get compliments on it regularly!! Love it!!
The watch is lovely and I had many compliments on it but I can't wear it anymore becasue it is now broken again.
Swatch, please read this and offer a solution!!!
