so lightweight and comfortable, too bad it's a bit loud. love the double-length strap, it makes it a very unique and elegant watch! i can't believe anyone would want to "trim" their bands, that is just ridiculously dumb. if you want a plain normal band then please go buy something else and stop complaining.

I have the same opinion and have been contemplating buying one and trimming the band since they came out. It's just not fair. Swatch should at least offer the watch in a choice of regular band or long band!!

love the watch! the strap is actually a DOUBLE-STRAP. you're suppose to wrap it around your wrist twice.

I agree, and this has stopped me from purchasing any of these yet.
I thought about doing just what you did. (Trimming the band down to normal length.)

Seriously, why the ridiculous strap. My daughter loves the watch but the strap makes the watch unwearable. I had to use an X-acto knife to cut the strap so that she would even wear it. So dumb. So, so dumb.
