I got this for Christmas and cannot for the life of me figure out how to adjust the strap. Can anyone enlighten me? I know I should be able to do it, but the clasp seems immovable...

love swatch. been wearing swatches for a long time now. love the strap.

i have one other style in the medium irony with a similar strap--bought three of that.

then i saw this which is a thin version of that one.
