I just got this watch for my birthdday and It took about a minute to understand how to fully use it. I love the dark black desing and touch interface on the watch. I believe the makers of the watch made it specific to modify and make changes to the display because its touch sensitive and will prevent any suprise changes from light touches. Its a very modern watch and is fit many ages and personalities. One of my Favorites from Swatch. Good Job!

I LOVE the watch. Very cool and many compliments, but the strap broke unless than a year and seems many other folks have the same issue. Of course I don't have the receipt as it was a gift.

The watch gets scratched even when you wipe it down with the propper wiping pad i just took it out the box brand new wiped it down because obviously its a touch watch your fingerpirnts stick and boom its all scratched u cant really notice it unless u looked hard but it is all scratched i wonder after a month how it will look. pretty bad buy.

Hello, I own a SWATCH TOUCH BLACK and its aestheticly awesome looking! but the problem is the strap, exactly after a year of use the strap broke! :-(
Another little problem is that I tried timing my swiming laps, but the watch go's crazy inside the pool, but overall a cool watch. very happy with the purchase!

Although the design of this watch is great, it is lacking in features. The display layout is weird; it really doesn't make much sense. The seconds display takes up 2/3 of the face of the watch. To look at the date, you need to scroll through, which ends up being very time consuming and awkward. I believe that the date should be readily displayed. After a few uses, the screen gets all scratched up, giving this watch a very worn look in no time. For the price, one should wait for improvements.

I have found that it is slightly more difficult to set time w/ the touch screen, I can never get the alarm to stay set for everyday use. All of a sudden it is now locked on Timer mode & the touch screen is not responsive at this time.
